Accounts

OpenProject sign-in uses your organization’s OpenProject account (email or login, password, and optional two-factor). We do not offer public self-registration. Your organization admin controls who has access.

What we process

• Work data your organization puts in the app: projects, clients, estimates, invoices, chat, documents, and similar records.
• Device tokens so the iOS app can receive Apple Push Notifications.
• Payment data through Stripe when an organization uses invoicing, subscriptions, or Tap to Pay. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored as full card PAN in this app.
• Optional Instagram connection for real-estate organizations that choose to receive inbound messages. Replies are not auto-sent; a person in that organization reviews them.

Who sees it

People in your OpenProject organization, according to the access your admin sets. Contractor organizations and real-estate organizations are kept on separate industry pages and data.
